Vietnamese Highland Bananas are a special type of banana grown in the highland regions.
They are known for their natural sweetness, thin peel, and soft, fresh, delicious flesh. Grown in a cool climate environment and high-quality soil, Highland Bananas have a rich flavor. This type of banana not only stands out for its nutritional qualities but also serves as a symbol of the richness in natural resources and culinary culture of the Central Highlands of Vietnam.

Characteristics of Highland Bananas:
+ Standard banana age: 10-12 weeks old (calculated from the date of cutting the bunch), diameter 30mm – 45mm, still veined.
+ Bananas ensured not too old (round fruit, lightly pricking with a sickle blade into the banana causes cracking).
+ Bananas not too young, ensuring sufficient flesh, sufficient sugar level and quality when ripened.
+ Banana color: bright green or uniform green, not mottled or yellow due to light.
+ Banana fruit must be intact, naturally developed, slightly curved. Not allowed to be stuck in pairs or deformed.
+ Ripened bananas turn a beautiful yellow color, with internal quality that is chewy, fragrant, and sweet.
+ Brix degree when ripe: 22-24
