Red Dragon Fruit is a popular tropical fruit in Vietnam. It has a reddish-pink outer skin and deep red or purple flesh with many small black seeds. The flesh has a mildly sweet taste with a slight tartness and is rich in vitamins and minerals that are beneficial for health. This fruit is commonly grown in the provinces of Binh Thuan, Long An, and Tien Giang.
