Purple passion fruit

Purple Passion Fruit – a tropical fruit characteristic of Vietnam. Scientifically, passion fruit belongs to the Passifloraceae family, not the citrus family (Rutaceae). This is because it doesn’t have segment-like sections as citrus fruits do; instead, it contains seeds surrounded by a juicy pulp. Unlike many other fruits whose seeds are inedible, passion fruit seeds can be eaten. In fact, passion fruit seeds have been proven to be an excellent source of dietary fiber. They can help promote bowel movements and relieve constipation without any side effects.

Whole fruit, ripe, fresh, and firm. The fruit must be free from cracks, without any signs of damage, and not infested with pests or diseases. It must not show any abnormal signs and must be free from pesticide residues or heavy metals.

Fresh grapes provide essential nutrients and can help relieve fatigue instantly. Studies have shown that fresh grapes contain vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, and iron, among other nutrients.
